With our present stock capacity we can handle a nationwide installation of any of our proposed system with minimal downtime; our warehousing policy ensures that we consistently match stocking requirements for prospective projects in line of sight, reducing price fluctuation and delivery time issues.

Our ability to design & stock locally ensures that we are capable of deploying to site with minimized financial implication, our milestones are also designed to challenge not just the extent of work done but also the quality of installation and speed to exceed our client’s expectation.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE
A project management team of skilled engineers and project supervisors will handle the administration of the project. The team will from the definition phase of system planning through to testing and commissioning ensure total project management through proper planning and efficient utilization of available human and material resources.
At G1 PARTNERS, each project is implemented based on industry standard conventions as well as a commitment to meet the client’s exact requirements uncompromised by any vested interests.
PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN
Upon signing of the contract, G1 PARTNERS will order all equipment from the Manufacturers and deliver same to the site. The project technical team headed by a Project Manager will mobilize to site as soon as the equipment has been delivered and Installation will proceed as follows:
- Site Preparation
- Piping and Cabling
- Installation of principal devices
- Installation of Ancillary devices
- Installation of Control Equipment
- Testing
- Commissioning
